안녕하세요. 한국에는 여러 궁들이 있는데요, 오늘은 그 중에서 유네스코에 등재되어 있고 조선의 왕들이 실제로 많이 거주하기도 했고 실제 조선시대 정사에서 경복궁보다 더 큰 비중을 차지했던 창덕궁에 다녀왔어요. 창덕궁은 외국인에게 유명한 인사동과 가까운 종로에 위치하고 있어서 전철로 쉽게 갈 수 있어요. 먼저 도착한 입구에서 다 같이 기념으로 사진 한 장을 찍었답니다.

날씨가 맑고 좋아서 궁을 구경하기에도 좋았어요. 먼저 창덕궁의 안내 지도를 같이 살펴볼까요?

가장 먼저, 들어서면 나오는 문을 지나 인정전에 갔어요. 인정전은 왕위 즉위식이나 나라의 중요한 행사가 열렸던 곳으로, 이 곳에서 신하들이 임금에게 새해 인사를 드리거나 외국 사신을 맞이했던 곳이에요.

인정전을 지나 왕과 신하들이 회의를 하는 공식적인 사무공간이었던 선정전을 둘러봤어요.

사극 드라마에서 자주 보던 곳이라 좀 친숙한가요?

그 다음으로 희정당이라는 조금은 독특한 곳을 둘러보았는데요, 이 곳에는 조선시대의 전통 인테리어와 유럽풍의 가구들이 조화를 이루고 있는 전통과 현대가 어우러져 있는 곳이에요. 희정당은 본래 침전으로 사용하다가 조선 후기부터 임금님의 집무실로 사용하였는데요, 조선 후기와 대한제국시대에 왕의 사무실과 외국 사신 등을 접대하는 곳으로 사용하면서 한식과 서양식이 어우러진 건물로, 시대의 변천사를 엿볼 수 있는 건축이라 할 수 있어요.

마지막으로 간 곳은 낙선재예요. 낙선재는 왕들과 가족이 잠을 자던 침실로 사용하던 곳이에요. 낙선재는 헌종의 서재 겸 휴식 공간으로 1847년 지어졌고, 그 안의 석복헌과 수강재는 각각 후궁 경빈 김씨와 대왕대비 순원왕후(순조비)의 처소로 조성되었어요. 단아하면서 기품 있는 건축미를 지닌 낙선재는 헌종과 경빈 김씨의 사랑이 깃든 장소로 유명하며, 덕혜옹주 등 대한제국의 마지막 황실 가족들이 1989년까지 머물렀던 역사적 공간이기도 해요.

사실 창덕궁은 규모가 크고 멋진 화원이 유명하지만, 시간 관계 상 다 가 보지 못하고 주요한 곳들만 방문 하였답니다.

Hello! Korea is home to many beautiful palaces. Today, we visited Changdeokgung Palace, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It was actually the primary residence for many Joseon kings and played a much larger role in the actual governance of the Joseon Dynasty than Gyeongbokgung Palace.

Located in Jongno—right near Insadong, a very famous spot for foreigners—we could easily get there by subway. Upon arriving at the entrance, we all took a commemorative group photo together. The weather was clear and beautiful, making it a perfect day for us to explore the palace.

Shall we take a look at the Changdeokgung guidance map first?

As soon as we passed through the main entrance, we headed straight to Injeongjeon. This was the venue for royal coronations and major state affairs. It was here that officials offered New Year’s greetings to the king and foreign envoys were officially received.

Passing Injeongjeon, we explored Seonjeongjeon, the official office space where the king and his officials held meetings. Doesn’t it feel a bit familiar? We have probably seen it quite often in historical Korean dramas!

Next, we looked around a rather unique place called Huijeongdang. This is a space where tradition and modernity blend beautifully, showcasing a harmony between Joseon Dynasty interior design and European-style furniture.

Originally used as the king’s bedchamber, it served as the king’s office from the late Joseon period. During the late Joseon and Korean Empire eras, it was used as the king’s study and a place to receive foreign envoys. Rebuilt with a mix of Korean and Western styles, it is a magnificent piece of architecture that reflects the changing times.

The final stop on our tour was Nakseonjae. While some parts of the complex served as living quarters, Nakseonjae itself was built in 1847 as King Heonjong’s library and rest area. Within the complex, Seokbokheon and Sugangjae were built as residences for his royal concubine, Consort Gyeongbin Kim, and the Grand Queen Dowager Sunwon (Queen Consort of King Sunjo), respectively.

Boasting a simple yet elegant architectural beauty, Nakseonjae is famous for being infused with the love story of King Heonjong and Consort Gyeongbin. It is also a deeply historical space where the last remaining members of the Korean Imperial Family, including Princess Deokhye, lived until 1989.

To be honest, Changdeokgung is widely famous for its massive and stunning Secret Garden (Huwon), but due to time constraints, we couldn’t see everything and only visited the main highlights.

안녕하세요 여러분! 오늘은 서울의 랜드마크, 남산에 있는 N서울타워에 다녀왔습니다.

날씨는 그야말로 ‘대박’이었어요. 하늘은 투명하리만치 맑고 공기도 정말 깨끗해서, 남산 전망대에 오르니 서울 시내가 그야말로 한눈에 촤르륵 펼쳐지더라고요. (다만… 날씨가 맑은 만큼 정말 눈물 나게 더워서 아주 살짝 땀방울 좀 흘렸습니다.)

하지만 더위쯤은 싹 잊게 만든 오늘의 하이라이트 사건들!

첫 번째, “어? 너가 왜 거기서 나와…?”

남산으로 가는 버스 안, 우리가 탄 다음 정거장에서 한무리의 외국인들이 탔어요. 관광객이구나 했는데 으앗! 눈에 익은 보라색 렉시스 가방!! ㅎㅎㅎ 세상에! 렉시스 강남 캠퍼스 학생들을 딱 마주친 거 있죠? 서울이 넓다 한들, 남산 가는 버스에서 만나다니 이것이 바로 렉시스 운명공동체인가 봅니다. 반가운 마음에 남산에 도착하자마자 다 함께 찰칵! 기념사진부터 남겼습니다.

두 번째, 미래의 남편을 예언한 자물쇠?!

남산 하면 빼놓을 수 없는 게 바로 ‘사랑의 자물쇠’잖아요? 빼곡하게 걸린 자물쇠들을 구경하는데, 한 학생이 갑자기 소리를 질렀어요. 자기 이름이랑 똑같은 글자가 적힌 자물쇠를 발견한 거예요! 더 대박인 건 그 이름 옆에 낯선 남자의 이름이 나란히 적혀 있었다는 사실. 그 학생 왈, “선생님… 아마 이게 제 미래 남편 이름일지도 몰라요! (진지)” 우리 모두 빵 터져서 한참을 웃었습니다. 남산에서 미래의 배우자 예언(?)을 받고 올 줄이야 누가 알았겠어요?

금강산도 식후경이지만, 남산은 ‘공연 구경’이죠! 신명 나는 사물놀이 공연에 넋을 잃고, 멋진 한국 전통 무예 공연을 보며 스트레스를 날렸습니다. 물론, 불타는 더위를 식혀줄 시원한 주스와 달콤한 아이스크림 충전도 잊지 않았고요.

몸은 조금 더웠지만, 마음만큼은 정말 시원하고 기분 좋은 하루였습니다. 서울의 매력을 제대로 느끼고 싶다면, 여러분도 남산에 꼭 가보세요! (혹시 모르죠, 여러분의 미래 배우자 이름이 적힌 자물쇠를 찾게 될지도요?)

Hello everyone! Today, we went to N Seoul Tower, the iconic landmark of Seoul.

The weather was absolutely incredible! The sky was crystal clear and the air was so fresh that the entire cityscape of Seoul unfolded beautifully right before our eyes from the observatory. (Mind you, because it was so sunny, it was also incredibly hot—we definitely broke a bit of a sweat!)

But we completely forgot about the heat; thanks to today’s highlights!

First, “Wait… what are you doing here?!”
On our bus ride to Namsan, a group of foreigners got on at the next stop. We initially just thought they were tourists, but then—bam! A familiar purple Lexis bag caught our eye! What are the odds? We ran right into students from the Lexis Gangnam campus! Out of this massive city of Seoul, meeting them on a bus to Namsan must mean we share some serious Lexis destiny. We were so excited that as soon as we arrived at Namsan, we all gathered together for a group photo!

Second, a padlock that predicted a future husband?!
You can’t talk about Namsan without mentioning the famous ‘Love Padlocks,’ right? As we were looking through the densely packed padlocks, one of my students suddenly gasped. She found a padlock with her exact name written on it! What’s even crazier is that a stranger’s male name was written right next to hers.
With a perfectly straight face, she said, “Sonsaengnim… maybe this is my future husband’s name!”
We all burst into laughter. Who would have thought we’d get a prophecy about a future spouse at Namsan?

They say even the most beautiful scenery is better on a full stomach, but at Namsan, it’s all about the performances! We were totally captivated by the lively Samulnori (traditional percussion quartet) and blew away our stress watching the amazing Korean traditional martial arts show. Of course, we didn’t forget to recharge with some refreshing juice and sweet ice cream to beat the scorching heat.

Our bodies were a bit hot, but our hearts were completely refreshed, making it a truly wonderful day. If you want to experience the true charm of Seoul, you should definitely visit Namsan! (Who knows? You might just find a padlock with your future spouse’s name on it, too!)

1교시에는 다양한 채용 플랫폼을 활용해 현재 베이커리 업계의 구인 현황을 세밀하게 분석했습니다. 외국인을 고용하고 싶다는 베이커리를 찾기는 어려웠지만, 한국 취업 시장의 흐름을 파악할 수 있었어요. 한편, 취업 공고가 난 베이커리에 직접 전화를 걸어 취업 방법을 물어보기도 했습니다. (안타깝게도 그 베이커리에서는 외국인을 고용할 계획이 없다고 해요. ㅠㅠ)

2교시에는 학생분이 써 온 이력서와 한국식 이력서를 비교하고, 인사 담당자의 마음을 사로잡을 수 있는 자기소개서 작성 전략을 심도 있게 다뤘습니다. 특히 이번 시간의 백미는 ‘면접 10대 필수 질문’을 활용한 시뮬레이션이었는데요. 실제 면접장과 같은 긴장감 속에서도 자신감 넘치는 태도로 답변하시는 모습이 정말 인상적이었습니다.

This week, we had a very meaningful session with a student who boasts an impressive 9 years of experience as a baker. This student had already applied to several bakeries in Korea and even found an employer eager to hire them! However, they hit a roadblock as the recruitment process stalled due to visa issues. This specific challenge allowed us to dive into an even deeper and more practical consulting session.

Session 1: Market Analysis & Direct Outreach
We used various recruitment platforms to conduct a detailed analysis of the current hiring trends in the bakery industry. While it wasn’t easy to find bakeries explicitly looking to hire foreign nationals, it was a great opportunity to understand the overall flow of the Korean job market. We even went a step further by calling a bakery with an active job postingto inquire about their hiring policies. (Unfortunately, they shared that they don’t have plans to hire foreign staff at the moment.)

Session 2: Resume Refinement & Mock Interviews
We spent time comparing the student’s existing resume with the standard Korean format, focusing on strategies to craft a self-introduction (Cover Letter) that truly captures a hiring manager’s attention. The highlight of the day was our mock interview based on the “Top 10 Essential Interview Questions.” Even in a high-pressure environment similar to a real interview, the student’s confident attitude and professional answers were truly impressive!

매달 마지막 주 금요일에 열리는 ‘스튜던트나잇’이 이번에는 치킨 식당에서 진행되었어요. 스튜던트나잇은 외국인 학생들과 한국인 학생들이 모여 서로 소통하는 자리예요.

이번 스튜던트나잇의 메뉴는 치킨과 맥주였어요. 외국인 학생들은 K-드라마에서 보던 장면이라 기대에 가득 차 있었고, 정말 많은 학생들이 참여했답니다.

이번 스튜던트 나잇에는 정말 다양한 언어권의 학생들이 참여했어요. 한국인 학생들도 여러 나라에서 온 학생들을 만나 소통하고 문화를 교류할 수 있었던, 의미 있는 시간이었어요.

정말 많은 이야기를 나누느라 시간 가는 줄도 모르고 마시고, 웃고, 먹으며 행복한 시간을 보냈어요.

‘Student Night,’ which takes place on the last Friday of every month, was held at a chicken restaurant this time. It is a gathering where international students and Korean students come together to communicate with one another.

This month’s Student Night menu was chicken and beer. For many international students, it felt like a scene straight out of a K-drama, so they were full of excitement, and a large number of students joined in.

Students from truly diverse language backgrounds participated in this Student Night. Korean students also had the chance to meet peers from different countries, communicate, and exchange cultures, making it a truly meaningful time.

We were so busy sharing stories that we lost track of time, drinking, laughing, eating, and enjoying ourselves.

안녕하세요! 오늘은 망원시장과 망원한강공원에 다녀왔어요.

이날 날씨가 너무 좋아서 많은 학생들이 참여했어요. 우리는 망원시장에서 맛있는 음식을 사서 망원한강공원에 가 다 같이 나눠 먹기로 했어요.

이날 날씨가 너무 좋아서인지 시장에는 사람이 정말 많았어요. 본격적으로 시장 구경을 시작하기 전에, 수업 시간에 배운 ‘물건 사기’ 표현들을 떠올리며 시장 안으로 들어갔어요.

수업 시간에 배운 표현을 실수 없이 활용했답니다. 또 어떤 학생들은 시장에 가기 전에 망원시장에서 어떤 음식이 유명한지 미리 찾아보고 음식을 사러 가기도 했어요.

맛있는 음식도 사고, 한국 사람들처럼 아이스아메리카노까지 포장한 뒤 망원한강공원으로 출발했어요.

공원에 도착해 자리를 잡고 서로 사 온 음식을 소개하며 함께 나눠 먹었어요. 날씨가 너무 좋아서 봄볕 아래에서 살랑이는 바람을 맞으며 이야기 나누고 맛있는 음식을 즐겼답니다.

Hello! Today we visited Mangwon Market and Mangwon Hangang Park. The weather was so nice that many students joined us. We bought delicious food at Mangwon Market and headed to Mangwon Hangang Park to share it together.

Since the weather was so pleasant, the market was really crowded. Before starting our tour in earnest, we recalled the expressions we had learned in class about shopping and stepped into the market. We managed to use those expressions without mistakes. Some students even looked up which foods are famous at Mangwon Market beforehand and then went to buy them.

We picked up tasty food and, just like locals, even grabbed iced Americanos to-go before setting off for Mangwon Hangang Park. Once we arrived, we found a spot, introduced the food we had brought, and shared it together. The weather was perfect, so under the spring sunshine, with a gentle breeze, we enjoyed conversations and delicious food.

안녕하세요, 이번 주에는 한국의 전통 탈을 만들었어요!

탈은 보통 사람들의 삶이 담겨 있는 한국의 전통 가면이에요.
탈을 쓰고 하지 못했던 말을 하기도 하고, 마을에 좋은 기운을 부르기도 했어요.

우리는 먼저 탈의 역사와 다양한 모양을 공부했어요. 그리고 탈을 쓰고 추는 춤인 탈춤 영상도 봤어요.

탈을 꾸미기 전에는 나만의 탈을 스케치하는 시간을 가졌어요.
서로의 개성이 드러나는 탈의 디자인을 만들고 의미도 담아 봤어요!
친구들의 아이디어가 다양해서 듣는 게 정말 재미있었어요.

이제 본격적으로 나만의 탈을 꾸밀 시간이에요!
하회탈과 각시탈 중 하나를 골라서 열심히 한지를 붙였어요.

만들면서 속눈썹도 붙이고, 마리카락도 만드는 등 특별한 아이디어가 나왔어요. 😆
너무 재미있어서 쉬는 시간도 잊어버리고 열심히 탈을 만들었어요!

다 만든 후에는 멋진 배경 앞에서 다같이 사진을 찍었어요!
한국의 새로운 문화도 공부하고, 멋진 탈도 만드는 시간이었어요.

Hello! This week, we made traditional Korean masks!

‘Tal’ is traditional Korean mask that reflect the lives of ordinary people. People wore these masks to express things they couldn’t usually say and to bring good energy to their villages.

First, we learned about the history of Tal and explored their different shapes. Then, we watched a video of Tal-chum, a traditional mask dance.

Before decorating, we took some time to sketch our own unique mask designs. Everyone created masks that showed their individuality and included special meanings. It was really fun listening to everyone’s creative ideas!

Then it was time to start decorating our masks. We chose either a Hahoe mask or a Gaksi mask and carefully applied hanji (traditional Korean paper). While making them, some students added eyelashes or even created hair—there were so many fun and unique ideas! 😆

We were having so much fun that we even forgot about break time and kept working on our masks!
After finishing, we all took photos together in front of a beautiful backdrop.

It was a great time learning about Korean culture and creating our own amazing masks.

안녕하세요! 오늘은 여의도 한강공원으로 소풍을 다녀왔어요. 어제 밤부터 오늘 아침까지 비가 많이 내려서 혹시 소풍을 가지 못할까 봐 걱정을 많이 했는데, 다행히 오전 중에 비가 그치고 바람도 잔잔해져서 기분 좋게 나설 수 있었습니다.

한강에서 라면을 먹으려고 점심에 삼각김밥 하나만 먹었거든요. 그래서 배가 좀 고팠어요. 그랬더니 야외에서 먹는 ‘한강 라면’은 역시 별미더군요. 용감한 친구는 아주아주아주 매운 라면을 골랐어요. 으아아아! 어떡해!!! 진짜 먹었어요!!!

라면을 먹고 난 뒤에는 강변을 따라 천천히 산책을 즐겼습니다. 적당한 곳에 돗자리를 펴고 앉아 다 같이 공기놀이와 우노 게임을 하며 시간 가는 줄 모르고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

날씨가 조금만 더 화창했다면 자전거도 타고 더 신나게 놀 수 있었겠지만, 아쉬움보다는 좋은 친구들과 함께 웃고 떠들 수 있어 충분히 행복했습니다. 비가 그친 뒤의 선선한 공기와 소중한 사람들이 함께한 덕분에 참 기분 좋은 하루였습니다.

Picnic at Yeouido Hangang Park

Hello! Today, we went on a picnic to Yeouido Hangang Park. It had been raining heavily since last night until this morning, so we were quite worried we might have to cancel. Fortunately, the rain stopped by mid-morning and the wind died down, so we were able to set out in high spirits.

We traveled by subway. From Hongik University Station, we took the Airport Railroad for one stop to Gongdeok Station, then transferred to Line 5 and went two more stops to arrive at Yeouinaru Station. The first thing we did upon arrival was take commemorative photos to capture today’s memories. We took a quick snap in front of the station, and of course, another one with ‘Haechi,’ the mascot of Seoul!

We had only eaten a single triangle kimbap (samgak-gimbap) for lunch because we were planning on having ramen at the Han River, so we were pretty hungry. As expected, ‘Hangang Ramen’ eaten outdoors was a real treat! One of our brave friends even chose an incredibly spicy ramen. Yikes! Oh my goodness! I couldn’t believe she actually finished the whole thing!

After our meal, we enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the riverside. We eventually found a nice spot to spread out our mat and spent a wonderful time playing Gonggi (a traditional Korean pebble game) and Uno, completely losing track of time.

If the weather had been a bit clearer, it would have been even more exciting to ride bicycles, but we were happy enough just to laugh and chat with such great friends. Thanks to the crisp, cool air after the rain and the company of wonderful people, it was a truly pleasant day.

금요일에 우리는 K-POP 안무를 배우는 특별한 액티비티를 했어요.
이번에 배운 안무는 요즘 인기 있는 그룹 ‘KiiiKiii’의 ‘404 (New Era)’였어요!

안무를 배우기 전에 스트레칭으로 굳은 몸을 풀었어요.
다치지 않기 위해 스트레칭을 잘 해줘야 해요.

이제 본격적으로 안무를 배워 볼까요?

우리는 선생님을 따라 한 동작씩 차근차근 배워 나갔어요.
노래가 빨라서 어렵기도 했지만, 모두 집중해서 열심히 따라 했어요.
연습할수록 점점 더 실력이 늘고 자신감도 생겼어요!

정말 멋지지 않나요? 열정이 정말 대단해요!

Last Friday, we had a special activity where we learned a K-POP dance routine.
The choreography we learned was ‘404 (New Era)’ by the popular group ‘KiiiKiii’!

Before we started, we warmed up with some stretching to loosen our stiff muscles.
Stretching is important to prevent injuries!

Now, shall we get into the choreography?

We followed the instructor step by step, learning each movement carefully.
The song was quite fast and challenging, but everyone stayed focused and did their best to keep up.
With practice, we gradually improved and became more confident.

Aren’t they amazing? Their passion is truly impressive!

After all the practice, we took a commemorative photo with the instructor
and wrapped up the class.

This experience will remain a wonderful memory of their time in Korea for a long time!

안녕하세요! 오늘은 한국인 학생들과 외국인 학생들이 함께 모여 술과 삼겹살을 즐기며 시간을 보내는 스튜던트 나이트를 진행했어요.

서로 다른 언어와 문화를 가진 학생들이 함께 모여 자유롭게 이야기 나누며 교류할 수 있는 뜻깊은 시간이었어요.

이미 한국 문화를 잘 알고 적극적으로 참여한 학생들도 있었지만, 아직 한국 문화가 낯선 친구들을 위해 한국인 학생들이 직접 우리의 문화를 소개해 주었어요. 특히 삼겹살과 함께 빠질 수 없는 술 문화에 대해서도 재미있게 설명해 주었답니다.

외국인 학생들은 한국 문화 이야기를 흥미롭게 들으면서 직접 소맥을 만들어보고 삼겹살도 구워보며 즐거운 시간을 보냈답니다.

서로 다른 문화와 이야기를 나누며 웃음꽃이 피었던 즐거운 자리였답니다. 마지막에는 다 함께 단체 사진도 한 장 남겼어요. 특히 외국인 친구가 지나가던 한국인 행인에게 직접 한국어로 사진을 부탁하는 모습 덕분에 끝까지 웃음이 가득한 시간이었답니다. 다음에는 어떤 행사가 기다리고 있을지 기대하며, 이번 스튜던트 나이트를 즐겁게 마무리했어요.

Hello! Today, Korean and international students gathered together for a Student Night, enjoying drinks and grilled pork belly while spending time together.

It was a meaningful occasion where students from different languages and cultures came together, freely sharing stories and building connections.

Some students were already familiar with Korean culture and participated actively, while others who were less accustomed to it had the chance to learn as Korean students introduced our traditions. In particular, they explained the drinking culture that often accompanies pork belly, making the experience even more engaging.

The international students listened with great interest, and even tried making somaek (a mix of soju and beer) themselves, as well as grilling pork belly, which added to the fun.

It truly was a joyful gathering filled with laughter as everyone exchanged stories from different cultures. To wrap up the evening, we took a group photo together. One of the international students even approached a passerby in Korean to ask for help with the photo, which brought smiles to everyone until the very end. Looking forward to what kind of event awaits us next, we happily concluded this Student Night.

안녕하세요! 오늘은 경복궁 견학을 다녀왔어요!

날씨가 참 좋아서 많은 학생들이 함께한 날이었어요. 맑은 하늘 덕분인지 경복궁에도 사람들이 정말 많더라고요. 본격적인 경복궁 투어를 시작하기 전에, 입구 앞에서 다 같이 모여 한 장 찰칵! 즐거운 하루의 시작을 사진으로 남겼답니다.

운 좋게 교대식 시간에 맞춰 도착해서, 경복궁 안으로 들어가기 전에 모두 함께 수문장 교대의식을 먼저 즐길 수 있었답니다.

드라마 속에서만 보던 경복궁 내부가 눈앞에 펼쳐지니, 학생들은 신기한 마음에 다 함께 사진을 찍고 즐겁게 구경했답니다.

근정전 안쪽을 잠깐 엿볼 수 있었는데, 학생들은 밖에서 내부를 바라보며 서로 감탄하고 이야기를 나누었답니다.

올해는 경복궁에 봄이 일찍 찾아와서 학생들도 함께 봄의 분위기를 즐길 수 있었어요. 특히 한복을 입고 온 사람들이 많아, 경복궁의 봄 풍경과 한복이 참 잘 어울려 보였답니다. 그 모습을 본 학생들은 다음에 다시 방문할 때는 꼭 한복을 입고 와보고 싶다고 이야기했어요.

왕비가 생활하던 공간인 교태전도 구경했는데, 경복궁의 다른 전각들보다 한층 더 화려하고 고운 분위기가 느껴져 학생들 모두 눈을 반짝이며 감상했어요.

경복궁은 내부가 정말 커서, 마치 궁궐 산책을 하듯 여유롭게 걸으며 서로 이야기를 나누고 즐겁게 둘러볼 수 있었답니다.

마지막으로 경회루 관람을 끝내며 경복궁 일정도 마무리했어요. 서울에는 총 다섯 개의 주요 궁이 있다는 설명을 곁들이자, 학생들은 다음에는 다른 궁에도 꼭 가보고 싶다고 이야기했답니다. 이렇게 하루 일정을 즐겁게 마무리하며, 다음에는 더 재미있는 활동으로 다시 만나기로 했어요

Hello! Today we went on a field trip to Gyeongbokgung Palace!

The weather was so nice that many students joined us. Thanks to the clear sky, Gyeongbokgung was also crowded with visitors. Before starting our tour, we gathered at the entrance and took a group photo to capture the joyful beginning of the day.

Luckily, we arrived just in time for the guard-changing ceremony, so we were able to enjoy the performance together before entering the palace.

Seeing the inside of Gyeongbokgung, which we had only seen in dramas, unfold before our eyes was truly exciting. The students eagerly took photos and explored with great interest.

We even got a glimpse inside Geunjeongjeon Hall, and from outside, the students admired the interior while sharing their impressions.

This year, spring arrived early at Gyeongbokgung, allowing the students to enjoy the season’s atmosphere. Many visitors wore hanbok, which matched beautifully with the spring scenery of the palace. Inspired by this, the students said they would love to wear hanbok themselves on their next visit.

We also visited Gyotaejeon Hall, where the queen once lived. Compared to other halls, Gyotaejeon felt especially elegant and ornate, leaving the students fascinated.

Since Gyeongbokgung is so vast, we strolled leisurely through the grounds, chatting and enjoying the sights as if we were on a pleasant walk.

Finally, we ended our tour with a visit to Gyeonghoeru Pavilion. After learning that Seoul has five major palaces, the students expressed their wish to explore the others next time. With that, we wrapped up our day on a cheerful note, promising to meet again for even more fun activities in the future.
