Affordable & Convenient Mini-Studio Accommodation
Our mini-studios are the most affordable tiny single-room accommodations, centrally located in Gangnam and Hongdae (Seoul) as well as Seomyeon (Busan). They provide students with a comfortable and independent living experience. Locally known as goshiwon, these budget-friendly private rooms are a popular choice for university students who value convenience and affordability.
Each self-contained room includes basic furnishings and a private bathroom. Shared facilities such as a kitchen and laundry area are available, and many buildings also offer complimentary rice, noodles, and kimchi. While mini-studios are the most economical private accommodation option, please be aware that the rooms are compact.
All Lexis-arranged mini-studios are located within a 15-minute walk of our campuses and are just steps away from shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Safety features include CCTV monitoring, auto-locking doors, and on-site security for your peace of mind.

We are affiliated with Gangnam Urban Place and Artnouveau City which are right in the heart of Gangnam, conveniently just a short 3 minutes’ walk from Lexis Seoul and 5 minutes from Gangnam station Exit 5. Urban Place & Artnouveau City both provide double rooms with fully furnished built-in kitchens and private laundry facilities. There is also a fitness centre provided for guests at no extra charge.
