NATIONAL GUGAK MUSEUM – National Gugak Museum

Today, we visited the National Gugak Museum, where we learned about Korea’s traditional music and culture.
The museum displays a variety of traditional Korean musical instruments and introduces the history of gugak. It was a great opportunity to learn more about Korea’s traditional culture.
We began our visit by exploring the museum’s exhibitions.
We saw many traditional Korean instruments, including the gayageum, haegeum, and janggu.
By reading the exhibition panels, we learned about the sounds, shapes, and uses of each instrument.
The displays helped us better understand the history and development of Korean traditional music.
We also shared what we learned while enjoying the exhibitions together.

롯데월드 어드벤처는 다양한 놀이기구와 퍼레이드, 공연을 한곳에서 즐길 수 있는 실내 테마파크로, 사계절 내내 많은 사람들이 찾는 인기 명소예요. 신나는 놀이기구와 다양한 볼거리 덕분에 한국의 놀이문화를 즐기기에 좋은 장소랍니다.
입구에 들어서자 화려한 장식과 활기찬 분위기가 모두를 반갑게 맞아 주었어요. 다양한 놀이기구를 보며 설레는 마음으로 하루를 시작했어요.

Today, we visited Lotte World Adventure, one of Korea’s most famous theme parks.
Lotte World Adventure is a popular indoor theme park where visitors can enjoy exciting rides, parades, and performances throughout the year. It is a great place to experience Korea’s entertainment culture.
As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by colorful decorations and a lively atmosphere. Everyone was excited to begin the day.
We enjoyed a variety of rides, from thrilling attractions to family-friendly rides, and had lots of fun together.
Laughter filled the park as everyone enjoyed the exciting attractions and created wonderful memories.
We also explored the beautifully decorated areas and took many photos together.
Watching the parade and live performances made the experience even more special with energetic music and exciting performances.
Later, we took a short break, enjoyed some delicious snacks, and relaxed together.

Today, we watched THE PAINTERS, one of Korea’s most popular non-verbal performances.
THE PAINTERS is a unique show that combines painting, dance, and music. During the performance, the artists create impressive paintings live on stage. Because there is no dialogue, people from all over the world can easily enjoy the show.
The performance began with energetic music and colorful lighting that immediately captured everyone’s attention.
The performers created beautiful paintings on large canvases while presenting dynamic performances.
Everyone watched with excitement as each artwork gradually came to life.
The combination of dance, music, and live painting made the performance even more enjoyable.
There were also moments when the performers interacted with the audience, creating a fun atmosphere.

탈은 한국의 전통 공연인 탈춤과 다양한 민속놀이에서 사용되는 전통문화의 하나입니다. 이번 활동에서는 종이 탈에 한지를 붙이고 직접 꾸미며 한국의 전통문화를 더욱 친근하게 경험해 보는 시간을 가졌습니다.
먼저 종이 탈과 한지, 풀, 그리고 다양한 색의 사인펜을 준비했어요. 완성된 모습을 상상하며 모두 설레는 마음으로 활동을 시작했습니다.
가장 먼저 한지를 손으로 잘게 찢어 종이 탈 위에 하나씩 정성스럽게 붙여 보았어요. 작은 조각들을 차곡차곡 붙이다 보니 평범했던 종이 탈이 점점 멋진 전통 탈의 모습을 갖추기 시작했습니다.
한지를 모두 붙인 뒤에는 사인펜을 이용해 탈을 자유롭게 꾸며 보았어요. 다양한 색으로 얼굴을 색칠하고 무늬를 그려 넣으며 자신만의 개성이 담긴 작품을 만들어 갔습니다.
같은 종이 탈로 시작했지만 완성된 작품은 모두 달랐어요. 알록달록한 색감과 다양한 표정, 독창적인 디자인까지 저마다의 개성이 담긴 멋진 탈이 하나둘 완성되었습니다.
작품을 만드는 동안 서로의 탈을 구경하며 아이디어를 나누고, 완성된 모습을 보며 웃음이 끊이지 않았어요. 활동 내내 즐겁고 활기찬 분위기가 이어졌습니다.
직접 만든 탈을 써 보며 기념사진도 찍었어요. 자신만의 작품을 완성했다는 뿌듯함 덕분에 모두 환한 미소를 지었습니다.

KOREAN MASK MAKING – Creating a Traditional Korean Mask

Today, we enjoyed a traditional Korean mask-making activity.
Traditional Korean masks have long been used in mask dances and various folk performances. During today’s activity, we experienced an important part of Korean culture by decorating our own traditional paper masks.
We began by preparing paper masks, hanji (traditional Korean paper), glue, and colorful markers. Everyone was excited to imagine how their finished masks would look.
First, we tore the hanji into small pieces and carefully attached them to the paper masks one by one. As the layers of paper came together, the plain masks gradually began to resemble beautiful traditional Korean masks.
After covering the masks with hanji, we used colorful markers to decorate them freely. Everyone colored the faces, added creative patterns, and expressed their own unique ideas through their designs.
Although everyone started with the same paper mask, every finished piece looked completely different. Each mask reflected its creator’s imagination through colorful designs, expressive faces, and creative details.
Throughout the activity, everyone admired one another’s work, shared ideas, and enjoyed a fun and lively atmosphere.
After completing the masks, we proudly wore them and took photos together. Everyone was happy to show off their unique creations.
Today’s cultural activity allowed us to experience Korean tradition through creativity and hands-on learning. It was a meaningful and enjoyable way to learn more about Korean culture while making something truly our own.
KBS는 대한민국을 대표하는 공영방송으로, 뉴스와 드라마, 예능, 애니메이션 등 다양한 프로그램을 제작하고 있습니다. 이번 견학에서는 방송 제작 과정을 살펴보고 직접 방송인이 되어 보는 특별한 체험도 함께 할 수 있었답니다.
방송국에 도착해 견학을 시작하니 실제 방송국의 모습에 모두의 기대감이 한층 커졌어요. 평소 TV에서만 보던 공간을 직접 둘러볼 수 있어 더욱 설레는 시간이었습니다.
먼저 기상캐스터 체험을 해 보았어요. 카메라 앞에 서서 날씨를 직접 소개해 보니 처음에는 조금 긴장했지만, 점점 자연스럽게 화면을 보며 멋지게 진행하는 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다.
이어서 뉴스 진행 체험도 해 보았어요. 뉴스 앵커가 되어 원고를 읽으며 실제 뉴스를 진행하는 것처럼 체험해 보니 모두가 진지한 표정으로 역할에 집중했습니다.
카메라 앞에서 직접 진행해 보니 방송이 얼마나 많은 연습과 노력이 필요한지 자연스럽게 느낄 수 있었어요. 새로운 경험에 모두 즐겁게 참여하는 모습이 인상적이었습니다.
다음으로는 애니메이션 더빙 체험을 진행했어요. 등장인물의 목소리를 직접 연기하며 대사를 녹음해 보니 예상보다 쉽지 않았지만, 다양한 목소리를 표현하며 웃음이 끊이지 않았습니다.
각자의 개성을 살려 더빙을 완성하는 과정은 모두에게 즐거운 추억이 되었어요. 캐릭터의 감정을 표현하며 더욱 몰입하는 모습도 볼 수 있었습니다.
오늘의 견학은 방송을 시청하는 것에서 한 걸음 더 나아가 직접 체험하며 방송 제작 과정을 이해할 수 있었던 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다.

KBS BROADCASTING STATION – Behind the Scenes of Korean Broadcasting

Today, we visited the KBS Broadcasting Station and enjoyed a hands-on broadcasting experience.
KBS is Korea’s national public broadcaster, producing a wide variety of programs including news, dramas, entertainment shows, and animation. During our visit, we had the chance to explore the world of broadcasting through several interactive activities.
We began by exploring the broadcasting station and learning about how television programs are produced. Seeing a real broadcasting studio made everyone even more excited.
Our first activity was the weather presenter experience. Standing in front of the camera and presenting the weather felt a little nerve-racking at first, but everyone quickly became more confident and enjoyed the challenge.
Next, we tried the news anchor experience. Reading the news script in front of the camera gave us a chance to feel what it is like to be a real news presenter, and everyone took the role very seriously.
We also discovered how much preparation and practice are required to create a professional broadcast. It was a fun and meaningful way to learn about the broadcasting industry.
Another highlight of the visit was the animation dubbing experience. We recorded our voices for animated characters, experimenting with different emotions and expressions. Although it was more challenging than expected, it brought lots of laughter and excitement.
Watching everyone express their creativity through voice acting made the experience even more memorable. Each recording reflected a different personality and style.

한국은 입법권, 사법권, 행정권이 서로 견제하고 협력하는 3권 분립 국가이죠. 국회의사당은 법을 만드는 입법의 중심지예요.
정문에 도착하자마자 기분 좋게 기념사진부터 찰칵! 녹색 둥근 지붕은 구리로 만들어졌고, 건물 둘레에는 기둥이 24개가 1년 24절기를 의미한대요. 바로 1년 내내 국민을 위해 열심히 일하겠다는 국회의원들의 다짐을 상징한다고 해요.
가장 먼저 발걸음을 옮긴 곳은 전통 한옥으로 지어진 사랑재였어요. 외국 귀빈을 맞이하거나 공연이 열리기도 하고, 주말에는 예식장으로도 쓰이는 공간이라고 해요. 알록달록한 단청을 칠하지 않은 자연 그대로의 단아한 모습이 참 멋스러웠습니다.
멋진 한옥을 배경으로 사진도 찍고 주변을 구경하기도 했어요. 그런데 오늘 날씨가 정말 더워도 너~무 더웠는데요! 그래서 땀을 식히려 사랑재 바로 옆에 있는 강변서재로 들어갔습니다.
뷰가 정말 환상적인 북카페였어요. 살짝 멋쩍지만 한국어로 된 책을 한 권 꺼내 들고 ‘읽는 척’ 인증샷도 찍어보았습니다. 옥상에는 전망 탁 트인 옥탑 카페가 있고, 서재 앞에는 예쁜 정원도 꾸며져 있더라고요. 바람이 솔솔 부는 시원한 가을이 오면 꼭 다시 오고 싶은 공간이었어요.
잠시 땀을 식힌 뒤, 드디어 본회의장으로 향했습니다. 아무래도 국가 주요 기관이다 보니 본인 확인부터 입장에 이르기까지 절차가 제법 까다로웠어요. 우리를 포함해서 모두 150명이나 되는 인원이 다 함께 차례를 기다려 움직였습니다.
2층 방청석에 앉아 국회의 역사를 비롯해 국회 상징, 의장석, 발언대, 속기사석 등 주요 시설에 대한 설명을 들었어요. TV로만 보던 장소에 직접 앉아있으니 기분이 새롭더라고요!
마지막 코스로 국회 참관 기념품을 받으러 국회박물관으로 이동했습니다. 본회의장에서 박물관까지 거리가 꽤 멀어서 걸어갔으면 큰일 날 뻔했는데, 다행히 셔틀버스를 운행하더라고요! 셔틀을 탄 건 정말 신의 한 수였습니다.
박물관에서 알찬 기념품도 챙기고 마지막 기념사진까지 찰칵 찍으며 오늘의 알찬 국회 참관을 마무리했습니다.
날씨는 많이 덥고 이동도 많았지만, 푸른 하늘에 하얀 뭉게구름이 너무나 예쁜 날씨였고, 한국의 입법 기관을 눈으로 직접 확인하고 예쁜 풍경까지 담아갈 수 있어 정말 뜻깊은 하루였습니다! 날씨가 선선해지면 강변서재 정원에 꼭 다시 놀러 가야겠어요. 같이 가실래요?
Hello. Today, we visited the National Assembly Building.
Korea is a country with a separation of powers where the legislative, judicial, and executive branches balance and cooperate with one another. The National Assembly Building is the center of legislation, where laws are made.
As soon as we arrived at the main gate, we took a proof shot with a big smile. The green dome roof is made of copper, and the 24 pillars surrounding the building represent the 24 solar terms of the year. It symbolizes the pledge of the National Assembly members to work hard for the public all year round.
The first place we headed to was Sarangjae, a building constructed in the traditional Hanok style. It is used to welcome foreign dignitaries, host performances, and even serve as a wedding venue on weekends. The simple and elegant appearance, untouched by colorful Dancheong paint, was truly charming.
We took photos with the wonderful Hanok in the background and explored the surrounding area. However, the weather today was exceedingly hot. To cool off, we went into Gangbyeon Seojae, located right next to Sarangjae.
It was a book cafe with a fantastic view. Feeling a bit shy, we picked up books written in Korean and posed as if we were reading it for a picture. There was an open-roof cafe on the top floor with a sweeping view, and a lovely garden was set up in front of the study. It was a space we would definitely love to visit again when the cool autumn breeze starts to blow.
After cooling off for a bit, we finally headed to the Main Chamber. As expected from a major state institution, the procedures from identity verification to entry were quite strict. A group of 150 people, including us, waited in line and moved together.
Sitting in the second-floor gallery, we listened to explanations about the history of the National Assembly and its key features, such as the assembly symbol, the Speaker’s chair, the podium, and the stenographer’s seat. Sitting in the very place we had only seen on TV gave me a fresh perspective.
For the final stop, we moved to the National Assembly Museum to receive a souvenir for visiting. The distance from the Main Chamber to the museum was quite far, so it would have been tough to walk, but fortunately, they were running a shuttle bus. Taking the shuttle was an absolute lifesaver.
After picking up a nice souvenir at the museum and taking one last photo, we wrapped up today’s meaningful visit.
Although it was very hot and involved a lot of moving around, the blue sky with white fluffy clouds was so beautiful, and it was a deeply meaningful day being able to see Korea’s legislative body in person and capture the wonderful scenery. When the weather gets cooler, we definitely want to visit the garden at Gangbyeon Seojae again. Would you like to come with us?
먼저 광안리 해수욕장부터 들렀어요. 광안리 해수욕장은 부산에서 유명한 주요 해수욕장의 한 곳으로 해운대 해수욕장과 함께 부산의 탑2 해수욕장으로 지목되는 곳이에요. 매년 여름 수많은 사람이 들러서 수영도 하면서 피서를 즐깁니다.
광안리 해수욕장은 광안대교가 잘 보여서 인기가 많아요. 이 다리는 특히 밤에 LED 조명을 켜 놓기 때문에 운치가 있어요. 밤에 모래사장에 돗자리를 깔고 맛있는 음식을 먹으면서 바다를 바라보노라면 얼마나 좋은지 몰라요.
무더운 여름, 이곳에서 수영을 하면서 놀기도 좋아요. 기본적으로 모래로 된 해변이라 돌 때문에 다칠 위험이 거의 없어요. 다만 바다가 비교적 빨리 깊어지는 편이어서 안전선만 잘 지키면 노는 데 문제가 없답니다.
광안리 해수욕장을 둘러보고 좀 더 시원한 곳인 포디움 다이브 M으로 갔어요. 이곳은 광안리의 복합문화공간으로 가끔 전시회를 엽니다.
지하에는 서점이 있어서 책이나 가벼운 필기구와 같은 소품이나 기념품을 살 수 있어요.
우리는 여기서 각자 사고 싶은 물건을 샀습니다.
부산 광안리는 해운대와 가까워서 서로 오가기도 편해요. 해운대는 쇼핑이나 식도락을 즐기기에 조금 더 알맞고 광안리는 멋진 다리를 바라보며 해수욕을 즐기고 밤에 운치를 즐기기에 좋습니다. 어느 곳이건 매력이 넘치니 여러분도 이 여름이 가기 전에 꼭 가 보세요.

Today, we visited Gwangalli Beach and Podium Dive M in Busan.
Our first stop was Gwangalli Beach. It is one of Busan’s most famous beaches and, together with Haeundae Beach, is considered one of the city’s top two beaches. Every summer, countless people come here to swim, relax, and escape the heat.
One of the reasons Gwangalli Beach is so popular is its spectacular view of the Gwangan Bridge. The bridge is especially beautiful at night when its LED lights are turned on, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Sitting on the sandy beach with a picnic mat, enjoying delicious food while looking out at the sea and the illuminated bridge, is truly one of the best ways to spend a summer evening.
On hot summer days, Gwangalli is also a great place to go swimming. The beach is covered with soft sand, so there is very little risk of getting hurt by rocks. The water becomes deep relatively quickly, but as long as you stay within the designated swimming area, you can enjoy the beach safely.
After exploring Gwangalli Beach, we headed to Podium Dive M, a cooler indoor destination nearby. It is a cultural complex in Gwangalli that occasionally hosts art exhibitions and other cultural events.
There is also a bookstore in the basement where you can buy books, stationery, souvenirs, and other small items.
We each picked out a few things we wanted and enjoyed shopping there.
Another great thing about Gwangalli is that it is very close to Haeundae, making it easy to visit both in one trip. Haeundae is a better choice if you enjoy shopping and trying a variety of restaurants, while Gwangalli is perfect for swimming, admiring the beautiful bridge, and soaking up the romantic nighttime atmosphere. Both places have their own unique charm, so be sure to visit them before summer comes to an end!

We followed the instructor’s movements and learned the choreography step-by-step, taking it slow at first. Rather than the moves being difficult, it was quite chaotic because they changed so quickly! 😵 Matching the instructor’s cues, one-two, one-two… And that’s how we learned the choreography for ILLIT’s ‘It’s Me’!
Even though dancing after a long time felt a bit awkward, we had a really fun time! 😊

Hello! 🤗 Today, We visited the KBS Exhibition Hall, the heart of Korean broadcasting, for a cultural experience! We got to be a news anchor, a weather caster, and a voice actor, and learned exactly how the broadcast screens we see on TV are made.
We took a cool photo strike a pose in front of the blue screen where weather casters usually stand, and snapped another picture in the variety show zone!
Next, We actually experienced how anchors conduct the news. It was quite chaotic because of the fast-scrolling subtitles and the mirror-like screen. 😵
Lastly, we took some fun pictures together at the AI photo booth! Here we are, picking out who got the best shot. 😉
