I had a good time and forged close relationships with the teachers and students. In particular, I would like to compliment Teacher Lee Ho Jin who was very dedicated and passionate about teaching korean. She genuinely cares for her students and gives them her phone number and SNS so that she can be contacted anytime. She also offers homework support outside of class so we can always ask her questions. Personalised worksheets provided by her also demonstrates a high level of responsibility and detailedness in providing her students with the highest quality of resource.

The teacher was always giving her best and made the students want to learn more and more. Therefore the atmosphere during the classes was great and also encouraged the students to improve on their Korean skills. I could not have asked for a better teacher. She was really motivated and engaged well with each and ever student and the personal requests and requirements. In addition to that, she always explained things very well and gave the students enough time to understand everything. Furthermore, her own motivation encouraged the students to work even harder. I had a wonderful time in Seoul, of which Lexis Korea was of course a huge part. Although coming to a new place is always a hurdle, I got used to the environment very quickly. Through Lexis, I found friends very quickly and got to know the language, as well as the city and its people. Looking back at the experience, I’m very thankful for all the possibilities and services provided and hope to study with Lexis Korea again.

It was one in a life experience that has a special place in my heart. Each and every person that took part of my experience in Lexis Busan will be remembered. Thank you for not only teaching me another language but also for all that amazing experiences. 사랑하고 감사합니다 💜

Sihyeon Jung was born in Korea but grew up in Vietnam and Australia. He attended Lexis Korea in hope to improve his mother tongue.  한국어 수업들은 아주 재미있었고 많이 배울수도있었어요. 수업에 몰랐던 문장들이랑 단어들도 아주 많이 알게되었어요. 또는 쓰기랑 읽기 를 자주 하는게 아주 큰 돟도움이 된것같아요. 선생님은 아주 잘 가르쳐주는 데다가 수업도 아주 재미있게 해줬어요. 수업시간에는 엄청 잘 가르치고 학생들이 필요한 점들을 잘 도와줘요. 예를들면 쓰기를 못하면 잘 쓴는 방법을 알려주고 발음이 안좋으면 고쳐주로 노력을 많이해요. 선생님은 아주 재미있는 사람이고 수업에 재미있는 말을 많이 해서 엄청 좋아요. 저는 정말 선생님 덕분에 한국어를 더 잘하게됐고 다음에 또 오고싶게됐어요. An amazing experience! Making interesting friends from all over the world was a great experience for me.

I had a great time in Lexis Busan mainly because of the people. The teachers and the staff were like a family and it made me feel comfortable really quickly. The classes were hard and fast but I really like that because it made me improve my Korean. My teacher was amazing. She taught us well. She was communicative and always answered our many questions. She brought a professional and efficient atmosphere to the class and was also really kind and fun. I feel so grateful! The atmosphere was positive and everyone has been helpful. The Student Services team was always there to help and with a big smile. I felt like I always had a big support from them. They were really helpful, positive and fun! Classes and the activites were interesting and fun. Thanks to them, I got to meet new friends for life. I feel so grateful... I already miss Lexis Busan. 진짜 감사합니다 ~  

I have loved my short time at Lexis Korea. I feel that in just one week my Korean has improved significantly and I have greater understanding of the language. The facilities and location of Lexis are excellent, all staff I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. I made some great friends who I will keep in touch with and found my classmates welcoming and supportive. I loved my homestay, my host family were so nice, I felt very welcome in their home. The food was great, and I got to try some authentic korean dishes that I might not have had the chance to try if I chose alternate accommodation. Another student from Lexis also stayed at the same house which was nice, as we could share our experiences and travel to school together. My host family always ensured I was comfortable. The home was in a great area, very close to Lexis by Subway. Overall I have had a brilliant homestay experience. Lexis is a great opportunity to make friends with people from all over the world, whilst learning. I would really like to come and study at Lexis again. I would like to especially thank 선생님 경린 for her great teaching. 🙂

I had a great time in Korea and already want to go back again. I couldn't have asked for more. As soon as I arrived, I fell in love with the culture, the people, the food. I already loved the music and liked to see and appreciate my lovely Idols being around me. I met a lot of new people from all around the world and improved my Korean. Lexis Korea is a really great school with great teachers, after class activities and with good locations in Seoul and Busan. The classes are good and you learn in a nice tempo. There are always opportunities to use the things you learn during class. The weekly exams also help to see your progress. I can only recommend Lexis Korea to everyone wholeheartly. On the other side, I had a great time with my homestay family. They were very caring and friendly. They made me some good food and my stomage was always full. I talked to them as much as I can and liked spending time with them. It was a real experience of a Korean family. I'm definitely coming back again and the next time I will choose Lexis Korea again. 🙂 Thank you for this great experience!

Lexis Busan was the perfect place for me to come before doing a semester of university in Seoul. I loved the city of Busan during summer and the Lexis classes and activities both introduced me to Korea and helped me make some life long friendships which have helped me settle into Korea tremendously.

Lexis was definitely the best thing about my time in Busan (and Korea in general)! I had a goal to learn as much Korean as I could while I was here, and Lexis made that so easy. The organization of the school and teachers are the best part of Lexis. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and the classes were structured wonderfully! It was really cool to meet other students from all over the world. Everything about Lexis sets the students up for success and I cannot recommend it enough. Will definitely be back! 🙂

The teachers here at Lexis Busan were the main reason why I decided to come back. They not only teach us and stay patient even after explaining the grammar pattern 5 times already, but are lovely personalities that care about their students, often engage us in 1:1 conversation (in Korean of course), show interest in the student’s culture and share their experience in Korean society and culture with us, which is an awesome way of not only learning the language but also experiencing cultural exchange.
